2013 Indoor Men's League Registration Form

The league will be made up of 24 two man teams and will be played on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoon / evenings Starting Monday January 28th and run for eight (8) weeks through Friday March 22nd.

The format will be a Four-ball Stroke Play (two ball best ball) Gross and Net accumulative totals. The winning team(s) will be determined by the team with the lowest 8 week total.

Each week each team will play nine holes during the same time slot with one other team. Time frames will be from 4:00pm to 6:00pm and 6:15pm to 8:15pm. You will be required to pick your time for the eight week period and play at that time each week. You may pick the team with which you would like to play with each week or one will be assigned to your time slot with you.

The cost is $40.00 per team ($20.00 each) per week which includes all fees and prize money. Prize money will be awarded as golf shop credit.

A deposit of $80.00 per team will be required when registering your team. The fee of $40.00 per team will then be collected each week for the next six weeks in cash check or credit card.

Handicaps will be determined by using your year end GHIN Index. Every two weeks your index will be adjusted by using the most recent scores posted during league play.
Weekly results and standings will be posted on the web site each week at www.derryfieldgolf.com.
Substitutes will be allowed but they must hold a GHIN Card from 2012 or will be required to play at scratch.
An optional nearest to pin contest will be held each week for $5.00. Based on entries we will pay 1 to 3 places each week.

An official rule sheet explaining the exact format will be provided to each team on or before the first night of play. An open house will be held on Thursday January 3rd from 5:00 to 7:00pm so the players and teams can meet each other and play a little golf.

Please fill in the 2013 Indoor Men's League registration application and drop it by the golf shop during regular business hours to guarantee your spot.
