Season Permits may be purchased in person at Derryfield Golf Shop. We accept cash or checks as methods of payments for memberships. There is no membership cap, and season permits are valid from April 1 to December 1, subject to weather limitations. For more information, please contact the Derryfield Golf Shop at 603-669-0235.
POLICY AND PROCEDURES GOVERNING
DERRYFIELD COUNTRY CLUB
This facility is available to the public, and in its endeavor to assist and guide participants, the Parks, Recreation & Cemetery Department has adopted the following policies and procedures:
1. All permit holders are limited to 18 holes per day.
2. There are no permit refunds.
3. The Derryfield Country Club Golf Course and golf shop will open each day no later than 7:30 A.M. weekdays, 6:30 A.M. weekends and holidays and close at the hours posted. The season runs April 1st to December 1st.
4. Current Season Permits must be fastened to your bag and are not transferable. Each player must have their own set of clubs.
5 Every Season Permit Holder and player must register at the Golf Shop and will be assigned a starting place. All players must follow the directions of the pro shop, starter and/or ranger
6. All players will be grouped into threesomes and/or foursomes on a first come, first serve basis, whenever possible. Fivesomes will be at the discretion of the pro shop.
7. No player is allowed to play more than one ball at any time. Practicing is allowed in designated areas only.
8. Players are expected to keep pace on the golf course. Please use designated tees, replace divots, repair ball marks, and smooth sand traps. All players are asked to exercise proper golf etiquette.
9. All players must wear proper attire. Non metal golf shoes or sneakers must be worn. No bare feet, no soccer or football cleats. Golf shirts and Bermuda shorts are acceptable. No tank tops, cut off shorts, or shirts.
10. Spectators are not allowed anywhere on the course except by special permission of the management. Caddies are allowed and should be identified as such. Caddies are not allowed to play golf while caddying.
11. Golf bags, pull carts, and golf cars must be kept off tees, greens and aprons. Golf cars must follow all signs,
directions and follow paths where provided, (NO EXCEPTIONS).
12. The golf course may be closed for designated tournaments or golf course maintenance at the discretion of the Parks, Recreation and Cemetery Department.
13. Junior Permit (Age 13 and Under) Allowed to sign in for tee times starting at 9:00 AM Monday through Thursday and begin play from 10:00 am to 3:30 PM and after 6:00 PM, unless accompanied by parent or guardian. Tee times after 2:00 PM may be limited to a 9-hole game. Players who are 12 years of age and under and/or are Junior novice players will be required to play from the red tee markers. Must be accompanied by parent or guardian on Fridays. On weekends juniors may tee off after 2:00 PM if starting times are available and may call after 12:00 Noon (NOT ANY EARLIER) to obtain a starting time for that day.
14. Intermediate Permit (Ages 14 through 17) Allowed to tee off weekdays, except between the hours of 3:30pm and 6:00 PM, unless accompanied by parent or guardian. Play is limited to tee time availability on weekends and Holidays. Tee times for Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays may be obtained starting on Thursday mornings after 8:00 am.
15. All Junior and Intermediate permit holders must attend (or have attended) the Derryfield C.C. rules and etiquette course. All Junior and Intermediate members are subject to re-attending if deemed necessary by the golf professional.
16. Senior Citizen & College Student play is limited to tee time availability on weekends and holidays. Tee times for Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays may be obtained starting on Thursday mornings after 8:00 A.M.
