What is SAM PuttLab?

 

 

The SAM PuttLab (SAM Science & Motion) is the world’s #1 putting analysis system. It was developed by a German Doctor, Dr. Christian Marquardt. He used approximately 100 PGA and European PGA Tour players at 9 PGA tournaments over a 2 year period.

Most golf analysis systems are based on a recording system using the trace of infrared markers with video cameras; Simulators, Trackman, etc. SAM PuttLab uses a more refined system. It sends ultrasonic pulses in milliseconds to a measuring system. It is the MRI of motion capture!

How can it help me?

The SAM PuttLab will tell you exactly what you do. It can also tell you what stance, grip and ball position is best for you. Additionally, the system can tell you what putter you putt best with.  When you putt on the course, you can't try or think about technique.  Your stroke needs to be free.
